Jordan Brand raises prices on Retros

It was recently confirmed that the price increases for Jordan Brand Retros will take place starting this holiday season with the Air Jordan 11 “Bred” Retro. Look out for a price increase of only $5 to $185. May not sound like much but looking at the bigger picture(worldwide sales) & the fact that most shoe addicts and long time fans consider even current prices to be too steep, one has to wonder what this will mean for future purchases..

NIKE AIR MAX 90 HYPERFUSE “OLYMPIC” Release Date

I mentioned these about 4 week ago and if you didn’t know I’m hypebeasting digging these. Well it’s been confirmed that Nike will be releasing these at retailers May 19th which happens to be the same day as the Jordan Cool Grey 12. Decisions decisions….

AIR JORDAN 12 – COOL GREY

As time gets closer to to release of the “Cool Grey” XII they hype just doesn’t seem to be there anymore. The Cavs IV is dropping this month, The Olympic 90 Air Max is now confimed to be releasing the same day and now we get news that the Reebok Question White/Red is dropping on May 25th. With so much heat coming this month I wouldn’t consider this a colorway a #RoboCop but a nice Summer kick much like the white low XI. What do you think?

Galaxy Foamposite not releasing on NikeStore online

Nike may have just crushed as many dreams as they lifted when word first got out about these kicks releasing this weekend. About a hour ago, @nikestore tweeted the following:

#ReleaseUpdate. Due to extremely limited quantities, we will not be launching the “Galaxy” Foamposite One at NikeStore online.

Better pitch tents…NDC is a haven for kick fiends alike to buy, and more importantly an outlet to prevent camping. Ironically, buying from the site is practically impossible cause the site reportedly crashed during big releases..

Going to be an interesting week…

Peep the Air Max 90 which features Phantom 4D artwork by artist Dalek along with Nike Flywire technology. The sneaker is part of a series of limited edition product made for the opening of the Salvation Malibu. Limited to 500, the sneaker will release at select retailers, starting later next week.

Jordan XIII Ray Allen PE

I really like these. If you don’t know the history(Not really history, it happened this year..lol) Ray Allen debuted this shoe in a game against the Los Angeles Lakers in which he broke Reggie Miller’s three-pointer record. Bad thing is, They drop exclusively at House of Hoops in Boston, MA and at SoleFly in Miami, FL…Sorry out of towners.

My #RoboCop goed to the Foamposite Retro Blue which will hit select retailers July 1st, 2011. These are beyond fresh and this colorway for some reason helps me justify spending an easy $200 before Independence day weekend is feasible.lol.

On my next list of kicks to cop are these. So fresh!! They drop next month and are one of many pairs of 5′s that will bless these toes this year. I’m also looking out for the obsidian/white/red joint this year too. Cant wait!!

Jordan loves the kids. I’m guessing since they’re only dropping these bad boys in youth sizes they might make the quality a little better. May 7th, 2011 is the day. This will be an instant copp.

Solebox X Reebok Omni Zone Pump

Solebox in Berlin linked up with Reebok and flipped the pump. It’s a shoe I would add to my collection. Translucent Pumps on the tongue, silver/gray side details, and a white sole make a fresh combo. They’ll be available the first week of March. However, like most of the kicks I post, you’ll have to put in some work to get these. There will only be 100 pairs available…Good Luck

Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer Black/Cool Grey-Volt

There has been a slew of Huarache’s dropping in a ton of colorways but none have caught my eye like the gradient mid-sole and volt accents on this shoes. Next to the Cardinal’s, these have to be my favorite. Look for these to release Superbowl Sunday, but you wont catch me buying them that day. I’m watching the game…You?

#RoboCop: AIR JORDAN 13 “PLAYOFFS”

January has been such a wonderful month. It was truly blessing to see a bit of what I can expect for the rest of the year. As I hone in on sneaker releases, interviews, videos, traveling, photography, & and just simply preparing to do what I love, I get a little anxious about the potential to I have. But enough off that. Next month, Feb. 26th to be exact the “Playoff XIII” drops and I have to give it an official “#RoboCop”. However, this particular Air Jordan 13 actually first worn by MJ in the 1998 NBA All-Star Game. He later wore it during the playoffs of that same year. Nonetheless, its still just as beautiful and it’s only been retroed once(1997). So who’s camping/copping?

#RoboCop: AIR JORDAN 11 CONCORD

So I was on NikeTalk this morning and stumbled upon something very important. The Concord is officially confirmed this year. #RoboCop!!!!!! Matter of fact these get a #ExtraMegaRoboCop!!!!! Now I seen some cats saying these will drop in October. Well don’t get your hopes up b/c October 1, 2011 is “First Offer” date, which has to do with retailers and their orders. GP (general public) will probably be able to cop in December like the cool greys and space jams so again, don’t get your hopes up. But hey, at least they’re confirmed.

Gourmet DUE L Black/White

Aside from being an avid sneakerhead, there are times when you need to dress it up a bit. I would do just that in these new leather and suede joint from Gourmet. They feature a thick white sole base which solid black upper styling. That seems to be the trend where others lack, Gourmet stays ahead by adding the leather/suede combo that folds down which expands your look from sophisticated to relaxation in a second. Look for these this Spring/Summer of 2011. #DefCop

I love kicks, I love kicks, I love Kicks!!!! 2011 is being so good to me thus far. I mean Cement 3′s next Saturday, Playoff 13′s next month, Cool Grey 5′s in May, True Blues in June. Now I finally have a look a shoe I been waiting on updates on for the past 7 months. The Nike Air Max Nomo drops next month and if you don’t know a thing about em’, it was Hideo Nomo’s signature endorsed shoe. There’s no question that these get a #ExtraMegaRoboCop…Ima be one broke foo this year.
